According to the results of 51job’s “2020 Workplace People’s Resignation Situation Survey”, 70% of the respondents said they still have the intention to leave their jobs this year; only 6% of the respondents clearly stated that they have no intention to change jobs; and some respondents are hesitant about whether to leave their jobs at the end of the year, and this group accounts for 24%.

According to 51job's online resignation survey, the main reason that prompts people in the workplace to decide to leave is dissatisfaction with salary and benefits, followed by work bottlenecks and company decline. It can be seen that salary is still the primary factor affecting whether employees stay or leave. Taking a closer look at the data, we found a difference: unlike other groups of people, the primary reason for workers with 3 to 5 years (including 5 years) of work experience to leave their jobs is not salary, but because their work has reached a bottleneck and they need to find a breakthrough.
