Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education or public sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and building codes.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
