About the Opportunity

The Affiliate Business Development Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving the affiliate growth strategy and execution for our organization in the MENA region. This role involves close collaboration with our global team to engage and forge relationships with potential crypto partners aimed at user acquisition and expanding our platform's presence.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop affiliates with communities and connections that include high-net-worth clients and professional traders.
• Manage and enhance ongoing relationships with high-net-worth clients in MENA, ensuring frequent contact and building partnerships with influencers to drive user acquisition.
• Plan and execute both online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns in collaboration with influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and media channels.
• Expand the user base and increase brand awareness of our platform in the MENA region.
• Develop innovative strategies to identify potential affiliates and KOLs, driving effective user acquisition.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the cryptocurrency, finance, foreign exchange, or a related industry, with a demonstrated track record of building extensive affiliate networks from inception to completion.
• Experience in business development or affiliate management, preferably in the technology or finance sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with affiliates and influencers.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly to maximize growth opportunities.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving user engagement.
