Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating with global teams.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
