Responsibilities

• Own the design and engineering of Elation's design system, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Define the interaction patterns and visual language for AI-native systems.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and healthcare professionals to deliver intuitive UI solutions.
• Engage in user research to empathize with and understand the needs of physicians and patients.
• Continuously refine and improve design processes based on user feedback and industry trends.
• Support the development of tools that enhance the quality of care provided to over 25 million patients.
• Work closely with the Chief Product Officer and frontend platform team to align design strategies with product goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a SaaS or healthcare environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and a clear understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
