About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our CRM platform, which is designed to streamline sales processes through innovative AI integration. Your expertise will help us eliminate manual data entry and create efficient workflows, allowing sales teams to focus on what they do best.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python Flask to support our sales software.
• Implement and manage asynchronous task processing using TaskTiger.
• Design and optimize data storage solutions using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
• Enhance and support our infrastructure on AWS, utilizing services such as EKS, MSK, RDS, and ElastiCache.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment and testing processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Software Engineer with a strong focus on Python.
• Familiarity with Flask or similar web frameworks.
• Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS.
• Solid understanding of database management and data modeling.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
