Project Manager and Project Architect Positions

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare and present project proposals, design concepts, and detailed plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Lead project teams and provide mentorship to junior staff.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or architectural design.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Licensure as a Registered Architect is preferred but not mandatory.
