Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities to ensure compliance with regional regulations.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights that support strategic decisions within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial standards.
• Utilize advanced financial software and tools to streamline operations and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the UAE or similar markets.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards in the region.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
