We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Program Director to lead and oversee the establishment of three new nursing schools in Arkansas. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of nursing education and ensuring the highest standards of academic excellence and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nursing curricula that meets accreditation standards and prepares students for successful careers in nursing.
• Lead faculty recruitment, training, and development to create a strong educational team.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing programs, including student admissions, enrollment, and retention strategies.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation bodies, ensuring all programs meet required standards.
• Foster partnerships with local healthcare organizations to provide students with clinical experiences and job placement opportunities.
• Monitor program outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance student success.
• Engage in community outreach to promote the nursing programs and advocate for the nursing profession.
• Manage the program budget and resources efficiently to support program goals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in nursing or a related field; Doctorate preferred.
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in Arkansas.
• Significant teaching and administrative experience in nursing education.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a commitment to student success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
