Responsibilities
- Oversee all football operations including player acquisitions, contracts, and compliance with league regulations.
- Work closely with the coaching staff to develop strategies for player development and team performance.
- Coordinate with scouting departments to identify and recruit top talent.
- Manage the budget for football operations, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Establish and maintain relationships with agents, vendors, and other teams to facilitate transactions and partnerships.
- Lead the team in implementing best practices in player health and safety.
- Report directly to the General Manager and collaborate on long-term strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in football operations or a related role within professional sports.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of football rules, regulations, and player management.
