Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction for the Tarbert Next Generation Power Station project.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and manage on-site personnel to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on project progress and challenges.
- Implement best practices in construction management to optimize efficiency and performance.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and promote a culture of safety among all site personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in power generation or large-scale industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
