Responsibilities

• Provide virtual and telephonic physiotherapy assessments and treatments for a wide range of conditions.
• Utilize clinical reasoning skills to guide clients through three treatment pathways: self-management, virtual face-to-face, or in-person sessions.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal issues while supporting patients with undifferentiated conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work flexible hours, including regular evening shifts to accommodate patient needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in physiotherapy.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications to practice as a physiotherapist.
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies to deliver care.
