Responsibilities
- Develop trusted relationships with partners' Sales, Presales, and Technical leaders to foster collaboration.
- Support partners with technical sales activities, including value confirmation education and delivery.
- Coordinate efforts to enable partners on relevant Akamai products and solutions.
- Customize resources such as sales plays, competitive intelligence, and use cases to drive partner-sourced opportunities.
- Represent partner needs to product teams, ensuring alignment with market demands and partner expectations.
- Design and implement innovative technical solutions that ensure seamless integration and optimal performance for partners.
- Tailor and execute Akamai's Partner training strategy to support both partner and organizational growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role, preferably within a software or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, networking, and security concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions is a plus.
