Responsibilities

  • Compile reports and data as required by management and government agencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in detention management or a similar role, preferably in a correctional or law enforcement setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of resolving conflicts and fostering teamwork.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of federal immigration laws and detainee rights is preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
