Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support to enterprise customers leveraging ClickHouse technology.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data analytics workflows to optimize performance.
• Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and provide high-tier support for complex technical issues.
• Work closely with engineering teams to relay customer feedback and enhance product features.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and workshops to educate clients on best practices.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Participate in the creation of technical documentation and support resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a consulting role or similar position within the tech industry.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, real-time data processing, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
