Requirements

- Proven experience in a customer success or lifecycle management role.
- Strong understanding of time and attendance systems and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
