About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team in the higher education sector. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the United States. You will play a pivotal role in our mission to expand access to computer science education for college students. As an Account Executive, you will report directly to the Head of Higher Education and have the opportunity to contribute to innovative educational initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve new partner acquisition targets.
- Identify and engage potential higher education partners, building strong relationships to foster collaboration.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our programs to potential partners to showcase our value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to track progress and refine strategies as necessary.
- Attend industry conferences and events to represent the organization and network with potential partners.
- Provide exceptional support to partners throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to enhance sales efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the education sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education and a commitment to increasing access to computer science programs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
