Responsibilities
- Support senior executives with daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for domestic and international trips.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed for meetings and events.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
- Organize and maintain files and records in an efficient manner, ensuring easy access to information.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by executives, providing research and support for decision-making.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required, with flexibility in schedule.
