Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and information flow.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct research and compile reports to assist executives in decision-making processes.

- Manage office supplies and resources, ensuring a well-functioning work environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
