Responsibilities

• Lead and design research projects focused on neuroscience, specifically targeting neurodegenerative diseases.
• Utilize the PROTAC Discovery Engine platform to develop and optimize innovative therapies that degrade disease-causing proteins.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate findings from preclinical and clinical studies.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data, presenting findings to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the writing of scientific publications and regulatory submissions.
• Mentor junior scientists and research staff, fostering a culture of scientific excellence.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Neuroscience, Molecular Biology, or a related field with a strong emphasis on neurobiology.
• Proven experience in drug discovery, particularly in developing therapies for neurological conditions.
• Strong knowledge of protein degradation technologies, especially related to PROTACs.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis software and scientific communication.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong publication record in reputable scientific journals is preferred.
