Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of YMCA programs and services.
• Support staff in planning and implementing activities for community engagement.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects to foster a positive environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Help maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.

Requirements

• Must be a current student at Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for community service and youth development.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
