Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a law school or a related field, with a strong interest in legal recruitment and human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or a legal setting is preferred but not required.
