- Utilize data and metrics to evaluate student outcomes and report findings to university stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in career counseling, coaching, or a similar role within a higher education setting.
- Strong understanding of job market trends and employer expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse student populations.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting workshops.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using career services software and online job databases.
