Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize handheld devices and equipment to track inventory and manage shipments.
• Ensure the fulfillment center operates efficiently by maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and uphold safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as required.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Adapt to changing priorities and perform various warehouse tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, with a maximum of 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening as per company policy.
