Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a People Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and drive decision-making.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR programs that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence change within an organization.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
