Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a People Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and drive decision-making.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR programs that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence change within an organization.
- Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
