Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for Hospital Patient Monitoring and Ultrasound devices.
- Respond to first line technical inquiries from customers, offering solutions and insights.

- Utilize a First Time Right and End-to-End approach to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Document all interactions and solutions in the service management system.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical support or service engineering, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of Hospital Patient Monitoring and Ultrasound systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Proficient in using service management and diagnostic tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite support if needed.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
