Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction of Micron's state-of-the-art megasite in New York.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Participate in daily operations, focusing on safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of the job site to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Maintain clear communication with all team members and stakeholders.
• Support training and development initiatives for new employees on-site.
• Help in the coordination of subcontractors and vendors as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in construction preferred.
• Previous experience in construction, particularly in large-scale projects, is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding tasks associated with construction work.
