Responsibilities

• Design and develop user-centric products that enhance trust and efficiency in audit and assurance workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with the company’s vision and brand identity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product design and apply them to your work.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design strategy of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impacts.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
