Responsibilities

• Oversee the Graduate Medical Education (GME) program, ensuring compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate residency and fellowship programs.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of GME activities, including evaluations and accreditation processes.
• Provide guidance and support to residents and fellows throughout their training experience.
• Facilitate communication between faculty, residents, and administrative staff to enhance program effectiveness.
• Develop and implement educational programs and workshops to improve GME practices.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on GME trends and ensure the program meets evolving educational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program coordination or management within a healthcare or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of GME regulations and accreditation processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
