Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree or compliance certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related fields, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of lending regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and controls.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey compliance concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
  • Proficient with compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
