Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Tableau reports to evaluate program performance and inform clinical decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements for reporting solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications to create efficient and effective reporting tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development and analytics, with a strong emphasis on reporting solutions.

- Strong understanding of SQL and data manipulation techniques.
