We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our Analytics and Reporting team focused on Integrated Kidney Care (IKC). This role is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and late-stage chronic kidney disease (CKD) across the United States. You will leverage your expertise to lead the development of crucial analytics tools that enhance our clinical operations and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Tableau reports to evaluate program performance and inform clinical decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements for reporting solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications to create efficient and effective reporting tools.
• Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to support healthcare strategies and operations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the analytics team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development and analytics, with a strong emphasis on reporting solutions.
• Proficiency in Tableau and other data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of SQL and data manipulation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in healthcare analytics is highly desirable.
