Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency partners to understand their specific data challenges and craft tailored solutions that utilize our Data Intelligence Platform.
• Engage with customers to demonstrate the capabilities of our platform, showcasing how it addresses their unique needs and enhances their operational efficiency.
• Lead technical discussions and workshops with clients, providing expertise on best practices and innovative approaches to data management.
• Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback from customers, helping to shape the development of new features and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and success.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a solutions architect role, particularly within software engineering or data analytics.
• Proven track record of working with agency clients and delivering successful solutions that drive business results.
• Strong understanding of data science principles, analytics tools, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
