Job Description

We're looking for a Director of Paid Acquisition to own how Lakeshore reaches and converts customers through paid media across both our direct-to-consumer and institutional channels. In this pivotal role, you will set the strategic direction for our paid acquisition efforts, lead a dynamic and growing team, and stay engaged with the day-to-day operations to make swift, informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive paid acquisition strategies to drive customer acquisition and increase ROI.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across various paid media channels including social, search, display, and video.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and creative to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of marketing professionals dedicated to paid media.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our paid media efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid acquisition.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics software.
