Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community outreach programs to promote public health initiatives.
• Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to address health disparities in the community.
• Conduct surveys and gather data to assess the needs of the community related to health services.
• Organize workshops and seminars to educate community members on health-related topics.
• Facilitate discussions and forums to encourage community involvement in health initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in securing funding and resources for community health programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community outreach or public health roles.
• Strong understanding of public health issues and community dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in data collection and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate diverse community members.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
