Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance industry engagement in the Paid Management Internship Scheme (PMIS).
• Identify and collaborate with diverse industries to create paid internship opportunities for youth.
• Facilitate workshops and events to connect students with industry professionals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internship programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Engage with educational institutions to promote internship opportunities and support students in the application process.
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses and organizations to foster ongoing partnerships.
• Prepare reports on industry engagement activities and internship placement statistics.
• Advocate for the importance of internships in career development and workforce readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program development or community engagement, particularly in internships or youth programs.
• Strong understanding of workforce development and internship best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data management systems.
