Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing patients, providing exceptional customer service in a call center environment.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and understanding.
- Schedule appointments with our network of physical therapists, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and appointments in our system.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Continuously seek to improve processes and enhance the patient onboarding experience through feedback and suggestions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
