Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any challenges or delays that arise.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in construction management or a similar role.
