Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction process of a $6.5 billion manufacturing campus.
• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure effective communication among all project participants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
