Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify areas for improvement in our drug acquisition platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements specifications, process flows, and use cases.
- Design and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system enhancements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the development of training materials and user guides.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role within a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
