Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile practices and principles to ensure high-quality output.
• Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.
• Remove any obstacles that could hinder the team's progress towards their goals.
• Promote a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Track and report on team performance and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
