We are seeking an experienced Data Center Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of construction projects in the data center sector across Texas. Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of data center construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans while providing regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the construction process.

• Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including reports and budgets, to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on data centers.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management tools, and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to data center construction.
