Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Founder and Chairman.
- Manage the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, format, and edit correspondence and reports as needed.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations for various initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion while handling sensitive information.
- Assist in project management tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Facilitate communication within the executive's team and across departments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the executive's office.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining productivity.
- A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
