Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences that meet the needs of our diverse users, including lenders, owners, developers, and contractors.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create seamless and efficient workflows.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
- Maintain and enhance our design system to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
