As a Product Designer II at Built Technologies, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of real estate finance. Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences that meet the needs of our diverse users, including lenders, owners, developers, and contractors.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create seamless and efficient workflows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Maintain and enhance our design system to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
