Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Product Leadership team, Senior Product Operations Manager, and Product Managers to ensure clear understanding of product initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication regarding decisions and align teams on priorities, dependencies, and readiness for product launches.
- Support product teams by enabling efficient execution of routine and strategic tasks through robust processes and workflows.
- Maintain and optimize tools and systems that support the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
- Assist in the continuous improvement of team operations, encouraging iterative enhancements in workflows and productivity.
- Take ownership of specific projects and tasks, demonstrating growing expertise in product operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
