Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to promote digital job creation in the Caribbean region.
• Collaborate with local governments, businesses, and educational institutions to foster a supportive environment for digital industries.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and barriers in the digital job market.
• Organize training and workshops to equip the workforce with necessary digital skills.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of initiatives on job creation and economic growth.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in economic development, workforce development, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of the digital economy and job creation strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional Caribbean languages is an asset.
