Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in urban development, construction management, or related fields.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of the socio-economic challenges facing urban areas in developing countries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in diverse teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Somali is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to Somalia and work in challenging environments.
