Responsibilities

• Lead the migration project to transition from Microsoft Intune to an in-house MDM/UEM solution.
• Analyze current device management processes and identify areas for improvement during the migration.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive migration plan, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of endpoint management solutions.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on the new MDM environment.
• Document the migration process, including challenges faced and solutions implemented.
• Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in MDM and endpoint management, particularly with Microsoft Intune.
• Strong technical background in mobile device management solutions.
• Experience with in-house MDM/UEM environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Relevant certifications in MDM or IT management are a plus.
• Availability for a full-time commitment for the duration of the one-month project.
