Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinement sessions to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support and mentor teams in Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Engineering Leads, Business Analysts, and Test Leads to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Ensure transparency in the team's progress through effective use of Agile metrics and reporting.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team performance and project progress.
• Promote a collaborative and high-performing team environment by implementing best practices in Agile methodologies.
• Work with distributed teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
• Engage in retrospectives to gather feedback and implement actionable improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within Agile project environments, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile project management tools and software.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus.
• Familiarity with data science and analytics processes is advantageous.
