Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts payable and receivable.

- Assist with monthly closings and prepare financial reports as needed.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and enhance efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and colleagues regarding accounting inquiries.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in accounting or finance; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an accounting clerk or similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
