Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and timely launch of advertising campaigns according to specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure campaign quality and effectiveness.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to drive business growth and refine go-to-market strategies for advertising products.
• Provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering teams to enhance Discord's advertising capabilities.
• Streamline the customer experience to reduce friction and improve satisfaction with our advertising platform.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in advertising operations or campaign management, preferably in a tech or gaming environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with advertising technologies and platforms is a plus.
